We value your business and ask that you respect our business scheduling policies.
Please understand that when you book appointments, that time slot is reserved just for you and no one else can book it. When you cancel or reschedule appointments without giving enough time, we are unable to fill that appointment time.
If anything happens that prevents you from keeping your appointment, please call or email us as soon as possible. Please do not wait until opening hours to notify us.
CANCELLATION, AND RESCHEDULING
If you must cancel or reschedule your appointments, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice. Cancelling or rescheduling appointments less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost. This fee helps cover the costs associated with the reserved appointment slot and the time of our service providers who could have otherwise made an appointment with another client.
NO SHOW
All No-Show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost.
LATE ARRIVALS
If you are more than 15 minutes late, we have the right to reschedule your appointment. In this event, the cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service will be charged.
