When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to other clients. Appointments are in high demand so we ask that you give us at least 24-hours notice.
Cancellations or reschedule appointments made less than 24 hours will be charged 50% of scheduled service amount. NO CALL/ NO SHOW will be charged 100% of scheduled service amount.
This applies for each appointments booked even if you come in for one then decide you want to cancel the other appointments. Cancellation policy applies to each appointments booked.
We understand life happens, however this policy still applies if you cancel for being sick, have a cough, positive for COVID-19, or were exposed to COVID-19.
We have a 10 minute grace period, after that we have the right to shorten your service or reschedule in order to stay on time for our next client. Please call us and let us know if you are going to be late.
We accept walk-ins for nail services but we highly recommend making an appointment because we cannot guarantee availability.
